Recipe

 

This light and fruity dish can be served as a side
salad or dessert.

1. Heat 1 and 3/4 cups orange juice in a microwave
   for 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot (150 degrees F).

2. Combine hot orange juice with:

    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt 

3. Stir until gelatin dissolves.

4. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, until slightly
   thickened.

5. Beat on low speed until light and fluffy.

6. Spoon into dishes or lettuce-lined plates.

7. Chill until firm.

8. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped topping.
